Every time i open Premiere pro, after some seconds the screen of my laptop freezes and the preview screen turns into white and i have

to close the program

I have been using adobe programs for a year and this problem started to happen a short time ago.

I don't know how to fixed and i tried a lot of ideias and followed tutorials on internet

or visited the adobe support community but i don't find the solution.

Hi there!

Sorry for the trouble. Would you mind sharing more information?

  • Can you let us know your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Are you seeing any error codes or messages?
  • Could you post a screen recording that displays the issue?

Let us know. Happy to help.

Thanks,

Kartika

If there was a recent update in graphics drivers try leaving Premiere open for upto 10-15 minutes once to stabilize even in the hang state.

Thanks for the details. Can you try resetting preferences? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-premiere-pro/td-p/...

Also, try deleting cache files.

Let us know how it goes.
