Can you try transcoding and editing in an intermediate cdoec? Premiere still has a hard time with H265.

For now i solved changing from Metal to OpenCl, but it's a big problem, because i'm waiting 2 a7siii, and if i have to convert everything looks like working with Avid 15 years ago.
I'm still searching some others solutions, convert the clip everytime it's not possible because i need to edit the clip in a couple of days after the shooting. ( in this case i have 3 gopro 8 and 2 drone in h265, so it's too many gigabyte)
(and OpenCl is slow, it make's no difference working with a 8k station imacpro or with a macbook pro)
