I have an issue with no audio from Premiere.
I have levels and no tracks (channels) are muted.
My OS and Premiere are all using the same device (settings are double checked) and the in the past I have been able to rectify this issue temporarily by rebooting, however this is not helping the issue today.
The audio is 100% fine using every other program on my system.
Does anyone have any advice for things for me to try (I have already tried a 3rd party external audio device and it acted the same so I am assuming it is a Premiere issue.
Below is my system specs:
Imac pro Mojave 10.14.4
iMac Pro (2017)
2.3 GHz Intel Xeon W
128 GB 2666 MHz DDR
Radeon Pro Vega 64 16 GB
Does this issue happen in a specific project? or have you lost Audio for good?
Can you try trashing preferences? (hold option + Shift and launch premiere)
Is everything updated? what version of premiere are you running?
Can you try toggling both mute and solo buttons and see if it helps?
