Premiere Pro 14.3 freezing/not opening project when opening

I've tried looking into how to fix this but haven't had any help. I have tried importing the project to a new one. The project gets transferred but this ends up freezing the whole screen.

I've started to have similar problems with AE as well but will create a separate post for that.

Is it happening with a particular project or all of them? In which version of Premiere Pro this project was created and what's the version you are using? Did you use any third-party plug-in?
