Premiere Pro 14.7 is broken for me

NEW ISSUE with 14.7-Playback turns black on pause.

EXISTING ISSUES that I have done troubleshooting with senior engineers and they can't resolve, STILL NOT ON KNOWN ERRORS LIST-Images and text still cause exports to fail. I now have to use timeline renders and export from previews or I cannot get exports to work. This last issue has persists through the entire 2020 core, no matter which version I run. 

Kevin-Maybe you can get someone to add this to the known errors list and prioritize getting it fixed?

I love how Adobe employees, comment once then never follow up. This is an existing issue that still persists. I've had daily crashes still to this very moment (which is why I'm writing again!!). In the past I have opened tickets and had them escalated to senior engineers (takes about a week and 3 escalations) several times and all with no resolution on this same issue. Let's get moving on adding this to the list of known issues!! It's pathetic that this isn't being fixed.

Text and static graphics (.png, .jpg) cause GPU render issues on export, program crashing, and playback window blackout. This level of instability for the most basic of effects is a joke. This is supposed to be a professional tool, yet it's about as reliable as a broken record player.
