Premiere Pro 15.0: I can't seem to access my 'Bitrate settings'

Hi there, Just updated my Premier Pro and I can't seem to access my 'Bitrate settings' in order to change the quality of my video. On the previous version of Premier Pro, I could access the (Pass 1) and (Pass 2) functions & adjust the quality in orde to reduce the MB of a file. Can't seem to do this with the newest version, could you tell me where I could possibly find and or access this please 🙂

Sorry about that. You can have access to these settings in the Export Settings window under the Video Tab. Change Encoding Settings Performance to > Software Only. Can you try that, please?
