Premiere Pro 15.1 - Stalls and Freezes - Audio Issues - Even after Troubleshooting!

Todays update didnt help my issues.  Premeire Pro stalls. Rendering - gave up at 30 minutes (a ten minute video) file.  Freezes constantly.  Video voices which sound ok in audition sound like they are underwater in premeire.  I had no issues prior to the lastest updates. I have removed previous versions, emptied media cache, removed preferences, increased memory, and GPU accelerated. So what now?
