Premiere Pro 2020 14.7.0 crashes when opening existing projects

I'm having issues opening projects in Premiere.  I click on the project in finder and Premiere launches, it then begins to load the project.  Once it finishes loading the project nothing happens.  Premiere has crashed.  This happens with any project old or new and has started after upraging to Big Sur 11.1.  On 11 it was fine so has been affected by this updgrade.  Even if I open premiere and then open the project that way it still does the same as previously mentoned.

My work around is to start a new project and import the new one into it.  Everything works fine but the next time I relaunch the project I'll have to create a new one.

Anyone having this? Or have any solutions?
