So I've seen a few people post about this, but all of the answers have included "what are the specs of your PC" etc. So I thought the only way I'll really know to to resolve this issue is to post one personally.

I have just bought a new PC which was built specifically as an editing work-station by PCSpecialist. This new PC is 10x better than my older one, and yet I've never had this issue before.

Premiere Pro was working perfectly for the first two weeks, until suddenly, whenever I try to playback my edit, the audio will cut out randomly, and won't come back unless I pause and resume it. It will then happen again seconds later. What could the issue be? This is a real bummer whenever I'm really into the editing flow, this just puts a downer on everything.

Thanks.

Here are my PC specs.

Processor Intel Core i7-9700 3.00GHz

Graphics Card  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

Installed RAM  32GB

Sytem Type 64bit operating system

Windows 10

the missing part of this equation is the properties of your sources and your sequence settings...  Also, although it doesn't sound like it would be the source of the problem, there have been issues reported by many with the nvidia drivers for you graphix card.   Post back with these answers, and we'll start digging in to the issues.
