Your crashreports indicates you are using AMD CPU and GPU, I'm not very familiar with AMD hardware, but I read many issues with these on forums. I've been told that these issues with AMD CPUs are less with recent (not older then 2 years) CPUs. Can you give some more information of your system and drivers? A typical list would be:
GPU, vRAM and driver version
Premiere Pro version
OS version - Windows 10 1803
RAM - 8GB
GPU - AMD A6-7310 ( driver 10.0.17134.765) APU with Radeon R4 Graphics ( driver 21.19.512.0) 2.00 GHz
Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 188.8.131.522
A little googling gave me: "The A6-7310 APU will about equal to a 3rd generation Core i3-3217u CPU in terms of raw performance." If this is true then your CPU is not powerful enough accorging to https://helpx.adobe.com/nl/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html
I tried installing adobe premiere pro 2019 and it starts. So I think you're right. Thanks.
I can understand that the person's constant crashes have to do with his CPU not being powerful enough. Though my computer has these constant crashes and I have an 8th Gen. i7, a GTX 1070Ti A-8 GPU, 64 RAM. What is going on here?
Hi Joost, hope youre doing great today . Recently I´ve downloaded the creative cloud (latest version) and I´m having many troubles with Photoshop and Premier I desactivate the graphic procesor in PS in order to use the program. Yesterday I was using Premier and it works fine but today crashes when I try to open the file. I dont know what to do to fix this. Could you please help me on this?
My config :
Windows 10 Pro
Thank you for your time
I am also having the same issue, except I have a brand new computer, so I don't understand why this is happening. It was working perfectly fine yesterday, yet today I can't even export something that is 5 seconds long without it crashing. And I have the preferences set up the way everyone says to have them set up.
I am facing the same issues since the latest update the software used to open up in the previous updates and issues used to occur during rendering but now the software is not even opening up. There is an instant crash when I load up the software.
I am using with a Ryzen 7 4800H 8 Cores 16 Threads with an Rtx 2060 & 16 GB Ram at 3200mhz.
I having this crash at startup also. Been reporting it in the beta forum fearing that it might show up in the non-beta and today it did.
how did you guys fixed this? having similar problems!
My problem was an adblocker I had installed in my Asus router. I gues it was blocking some service that Premiere needs.
