Hi there,
i have installed the IK Multimedia T-Racks VST effects. I am using T-Racks for my Audio Channels in Premiere pro. They load up and work without any problem. But as soon as i try to export the project it freezes and crashes.
I dont have any problems with Izotopes Ozone. Only with T-Racks VST Audio Effects.
My System is powerful so it cant be that.
My Hardware:
AMD Ryzen 9 3950x 16-Core- Processor
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super
Harddrive: Sabrent Rocket Q 8GB Nvme
Troubleshooting so far:
Clear all Cache
Create new sequence and import all files
Restart computer
Turn off hardware encoding
Nothing seems to solve the problem. Only when i remove those vst effects from the project it will export.
The VST´s are up to date.
Crash Report:
Any suggestions?
Thanks and have a great day! 🙂

Have you checked with the vendor? They typically know how their items work and at times don't in the apps they're used in.

Neil's dead on (as usual) but here are some thoughts that might help.
what are your export settings? and what are your sourc audio properties? Wondering if perhaps there's some sort of compatability issue if the export setting for the audio is compressed. Might try exporting the audio as an aiff or wav. If the source audio is something like an mp3 (heavily compressed) you might try converting to aiff or wave before editing with it.
And generally video audio should be 48k 16 bit or higher. lower sampling rates can (although not always) cause problems.

Hi,
thanks for your reply.
Export Settings: 3840x2160, 23,976fps, AAC, 192kbit/s, 44khz
Source: 3840x2160, 23,976fps, WAV 48000hz,
Export works fine when i remove the VST plugins. I tried to export to 48000hz
but no changes. Still crashing.
