Premiere Pro 2020 freezes every time when I try to add Audio track on timeline. But there is no any problem with adding video track on timeline. And all 3 existing Audio tracks work correctly. Please, help.

Is it happening with a particular audio clip or any audio clip that you try to import? Do you see any error messages? Also, what are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?

Hi! Sorry for sorry for the long absence but I didn't receive the email. I solved this issue with deleting Premiere pro completely (with deleting notifications, interface settings and other settings). Just chose second button before deleting

im having this issue as well no erros popping up, just the entire software glitches and freezes making it unusable
