Premiere Pro 2020 - right hand side of closed captions is cut off but only on export

Hey,

I've got a project and I've used the inbuilt closed captions to create subtitles. The client want these burnt in to the video on export. 

In the program window they look great, in the export the right hand side gets cut off. No idea what's going on here. Does anyone have a solution?

What version of PR? There was a major change in captions in PR 2021.

What type of caption stream? Open Captions (what are now called Subtitles) or Closed 608 etc?
