Hi,
I have Premier Pro 2020, when I open I see windows like this
I have updated NVIDIA driver and it does not show any error or warning so goes success. Still, every time I see this window. I tried to export small video from Premiere which took hours so really very slow.
I am also attaching "Export Report" here.

That K1100m is now no longer supported at all in all versions of Premiere Pro beginning with the 2020 version because Nvidia itself had already announced the end of support for all Kepler mobile GPUs, including your K1100m, back in March of last year. At that point, drivers for Kepler mobile GPUs will be permanently locked to the 418 branch even as newer drivers for newer GPUs are being released. Unfortunately for you, Driver branch 430 was released before Premiere Pro 2020 was released. And it

You have not succesfully updated the Nvidia driver - have you downloaded it from the Nvidia site?
You need at least 430.86 and I can see you have 426.32 installed.

426.32 is the latest driver for the K1100M.
Might be missing some features that Pr 2020 needs such as plenty of cores: the card has only 384.

Unfortunately for you, Driver branch 430 was released before Premiere Pro 2020 was released. And it is now Adobe's policy to now require an Nvidia driver branch that was current at the time of the major Premiere Pro version's release, which unfortunately was driver branch 430. And driver branch 430 and any newer drivers are completely incompatible with your GPU. As a result, your GPU is now obsolete as far as Adobe is concerned.
