Premiere Pro 2021 Crashes when I quit the app

I have this problem on 2 of my macs ( MacPro rack and iMac Pro)....PP runs fine and saves fine but when i select quit, it gives me an error message that it suddenly quit.  Been on twice with support and they still have not solved the problem. Here is a pic of the message:
