Premiere Pro 2021 Not Opening

Hello, for some reason every time I try to open up Premiere Pro 2021 it won't open. It just says it's "not responding." I have installed and uninstalled it and that did not help. Any ideas why this keeps happening?

We appreciate you writing in. There can be many reasons stopping the application from launching.

Could you share your system info(OS, RAM, GPU, etc)?

have you tried clearing the cache?

this works for me but I have to do it each day in 15.1 as no project will open without clearing the cache ??
