Premiere Pro acting glitchy and bugged

Hi all,

Yesterday and today I was working on a series on low res videos. My Premiere Pro program refused to play the video during editing - it instead would have a huge delay of not working and then after 10 seconds will show the video (mind you, this is every time I played it so it became irritating fast). This meant I had to edit the whole film "blindly" because I couldn't see the actual results until I exported it. I cleaned out the caches, restarted my computer several times, installed the newest version of Premire, and still having issues. I haven't had this problem before yesterday so not sure if a bug is occuring. Any ideas on this would be great help because its affecting my job performance at this point. Thank you!

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:
https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo

If the file is variable frame rate, which although Adobe says it will support, many users are having issues with VFR.

Use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:
https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php
Here is a tutorial:

If that doesn't work, delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-premiere-pro/td-p/...

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

I'm having this exact same issue and I've tried everything. I hope that if its bug it can get sorted as I'm on a tight deadline with this project and its just impossible to work on.

It's not a bug.  Please see my previous reply.
