Premiere Pro & After Effects

Does Adobe offer professional certifications (Like Microsoft) specifically for Premiere Pro & After Effects?  Please advise.  I'm an Independent Filmmaker that will be doing a (Robert Rodriguez Style Production - El Mariachi) and would like to get this before I go into Post Production in September of 2021.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
