I have contrast problem before and after transition effects when rendering with Hardware Encoding in Premiere Pro.
My Software Information:
Premiere Pro CC 2020
Video Transition Effect: Red Giant Universe, Dip To Black, Page Peel, Slide, Wipe (In short, any transition effect.)
Hardware Information:
AMD 4600H processor, Nvidia 1650Ti GPU
(drivers are up to date)
I explained my problem in a video:
https://youtu.be/a0Qe9659Vdo
Hardware Encoding renders faster, I can't give up on it.
Any Help?

Try unchecking "composite in linear color" in the sequence settings.

Were all these RedGiant transitions? If so, check with their support system.

For now, forget about the Red Giant.
There is a problem with all Premiere Pro transition effects. (Dip to Black, Wipe, Side)

I solved the problem.
The problem was fixed when I changed the "Timebase" from 59 to 50 fps in the "Sequence Settings"

The problem continues. 😞
No problem at 50 fps. But there is a problem with 25p.
