Premiere pro and macOS Big Sur.

Hi I did yesterday unstall macOS Big Sur, but did understand that it was not a good idea, because Premiere pro and macOS Big Sur are not fully compatible. Before install Big Sur, I used macOS Mojave. Can I reinstall macOS Mojave and everything will be fine again? What macOS version is best for Premiere Pro?
