Premiere Pro and Rush hang on splash screen

Hi there,

I'm having issues running Premiere (both Rush & Pro) - it hangs on the splash screen ImporterQuicktime Bundle. 

I'm on Catalina 10.15.7, all specs meet the minimum requirements and didn't have any issues until about 2 weeks ago. 

I'm not able to update our OS as another program we use will be incompatible with BigSur until the new year.

Premiere Rush version is 1.5.38 and Premiere Pro is 14.7

I have this exact same problem! No issues at all until a couple weeks ago.

I'm on Big Sur 11.1, Premiere 14.7. Every time I try to open Premiere there's a 50/50 chance it freezes on ImporterQuicktime.bundle. Sometimes restarting fixes it, sometimes it doesn't.
