Hello, I'm using Premiere Pro 14.5 and I have a problem with any file type. In particular the audio and the video snap. I tried to change version but the problem remains. The clip work fine in an another workstation. Could it be a driver problem?
Thank you
Best Regards

what do you mean by "snap?" In premiere speak, clips snap to an edit point in the timeline when you're dragging them and it's turned on and off in the sequence menu. and as far as on your particular workstation, it would help if you tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card

have you checked if your system meets the requirements for premiere

What are your source properties and sequence settings?
Have you checked to make sure the driver for your graphics card is up to date?
Have you changing the renderer in project settings to software?

Snap as audio and video are out of sync?
The only odd thing about this file that its interlaced.
Is this a screenrecording?
Check audiohardware preferences; input set to none.
Are you letting it conform before doing anything?
