Premiere Pro CC 2017 11.1.1 or 11.1.2 will not open on Mac???

I updated to Premiere Pro CC 2017 last night and now it won't open. I click on it the welcome screen pops up for a few seconds and then nothing happens.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud and Premiere Pro several times. I've also tried installing the previous version of Premiere Pro.

I'm running these programs on...

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013)

MacOS Sierra

Any suggestions and/or help would be much appreciated.

Try holding down the option key when launching Premiere to reset the preferences.

Uninstalling and reinstalling may not remove all corrupt files. Adobe has  CC Cleaner to help with installation problems (the nuclear option):

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Question. Does that remove ALL Adobe CC programs from the computer? Or just the ones I choose?

Additional info...

I've created another login on my computer and tried opening Premiere in that login profile. Premiere is working which is nice but why the heck wouldn't it open in the previous login? This is very odd and frustrating.
