premiere pro cc 2019 no preview video

Hi, I have windows 10 pro and installed premiere pro cc 2018, I use 3 monitors and the third one keeps me for the full screen preview of the video, but it does not work, although I have set monitor 3 for the preview preferences for the preview I see the monitor always black, why?
i had also tried premiere pro cc 2020 and i had the same problem, i don't understand, i have an amd rx580 8gb and the integrated intel 4600 hd card, how can i solve this problem?
