Premiere Pro CC 2020 Constantly Crashing

I have been having constant non stop crashing of my computer with premiere pro as of recently. Everything is udpdated all of my drivers and motherboard but no matter what, whenever I am editing with footage it will crash sooner or later. It started all when the newest update rolled out.

Ryzen 7 8 cores 16 Threads (OC 4.25Ghz)

Geforce RTX 2080 OC

64 Gigs of Ram

500 SSD M.2

1TB SSD

1TB HDD

I updated the drivers and the chipset that didn't work either. The update made my computer OC unstable so I had to reduce my CPU and GPU power draw. Premiere was pushing my CPU too far after the update.
