Premiere Pro CC Capture Freezes During Capture

I had trouble with Premiere Pro CS6 Capture freezing during capture.  After trying everything that I could think of, I went ahead and purchased Premiere Pro CC.  The exact same things happen.  Windows 10 Pro. 64 gigs of RAM (tested in Windows), Blackmagic Design Decklink Mini Recorder 4K (reinstalled software), Nvidia Quadro P1000.  The camera is a Sony BRC-Z700, using SDI output.  Tried C drive, and D drive.  Ordered a new 2TB drive.  Lots of space available on C And D drives.

I suggest to use the capture software that Black Magic offers with the Decklink.

Thank you for taking the time to offer your suggestions.  The quality of video that is captured with the software that is offered with the Decklink is rather poor.  So I downloaded and have tried Corel Video Studio.  I am very pleased with that.  So I capture video with Corel Studio, and audio with Adobe Audition.  Then edit it all in Premiere Pro CC. I am very happy with the results.
