After installing Radeon RX 5600 XT things worked OK. Then I noticed In Windows 10 device manager the AMD 5600 was a generic video card running a generic driver. I downloaded the AMD driver and it installed. The GPU device is now recognized as an AMD 5600 and most Apps work OK. The App that does *not work is Pr (Premiere Pro 2020) which crashes before any "loading..." messages begin. Removing the AMD software restores the generic video driver and Pr starts OK (no crash). I am attaching the crash report that shows a memory access vioalation executing this:

This crash report also erroneously reports the system processors as AMD when in fact they are Intel i7 processors. Other than the crash report, I am not including a boat load of specifics, though I will do that if connected with someone motivated to help.
