Premiere Pro crashes on startup

Hi! I have a problem with the Premiere Pro, despite the fact that I have searched everywhere for the solution I can´t find it. The problem is that the software doesn´t open, it crashes every time. However, if I disable the NVIDIA from the device manager it opens. 

I have tried reinstalling the drivers of the NVIDIA, and Intel with no luck. I found this tutorial but since I do not have an AMD I don´t know how to fix that from NVIDIA control panel:
