I've tried (many times) to export a sequence of 25 seconds in 4K, 1080, 720 but it always stucks on 1% and all the computer crash, so everytime the only thing I can do is restart PC manually. I've already tried with proxy (media encoder), allowing write and read to my account in Library/Preferences/Adobe and the probles is always the same, please help (MacOSX High Sierra)
Is there a particular part of the sequence where Premiere Pro consistantly crashes during the export? And is it the exact same place when doing so with Media Encoder? With Media Encoder you can at least get a preview of what part of the video is exporting.
Also, does it make any difference if you export using Software Only?
