Premiere Pro crashing after a certain time after startup

Ever since a few days ago, every time I open Premiere Pro it will last about half a minute or so before spontaneously crashing without a crash report or anything. Until that point everything works as normal, and it happens whether I've opened a project or not. I've made sure the program is up to date and I've tried reinstalling it but still no luck.
