Premiere Pro crashing when exporting video

Premiere Pro has started crashing when exporting video. I have tried the following

1. Running the Windows troubleshooter - 

2. Uninstalling and reinstalling the program

3. Running as admin 

Any suggestions

• Do you see any error message or report when it crashes? Feel free to share screenshots.
• What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?
• Is it happening with multiple projects?

Hi Nishu

- No error message appears, the whole system just freezes completely until a 'program not responding' message appears.
- Not sure what the spec of this PC is. intel core i7 7th gen it says on it. 
- Yep, it happens on multiple projects.

and you might try smart rendering and then exporting with use previews enabled
