Is there a way to do this?  I am creating a virtual choir version of a song and I am currently editing the audio in Premiere Pro.  I need all tracks to start and end at the same time.  I am also getting rid of all breathing sounds.  It would be and incredible time saver if I could copy the audio edits I am making on the yellow line in the audio track in the timeline and paste it to the other track(s).

Use an adjustment layer and apply the effects to the adjustment layer.

I'm sorry, I am confused.  The adjustment layer would be for the image portion.  I am talking about the edits (not effects) I am doing to the audio.  How would I use an adjustment layer with the audio tracks?
