Recently updated to the latest version of Premiere to make use of the fast hardware encoding. I've been using CC 2018 since it released, only recent stable version. 15 minutes to render an hour long video, this is great! Render finishes and Encoding is stuck at 100% for 30+ minutes. I'm rendering to HEVC (H.265) 12 MBPS 1920x1080 30FPs.
Using the latest version of Premiere, Windows 10 64 Bit.
R7 2700x, GTX 1080 and 16 GB of RAM, rendering to an external USB 3.0 hard drive
