Premiere Pro export to .m2t on Leightronix E-HD2 Server

Hello all,

I am working on a way to export projects directly from Premiere Pro to our E-HD2 Video Server...so I don't have to use an extra program (Episode Pro) and render/export everything Twice.  The server is VERY specific as to the types of files it will playback.  I'm having discussions with the Leightronix people now, but still unable to identify the issue.  I AM able to preview the file (on the server) in the database/files view, but it doesn't work when I try to play/edit it on the server's playback channels.  As was the case when I initially figured out how to successfully get Episode Pro to send SD files to the server, I want to believe it's just a matter of tweaking some tiny settings in Premiere Pro to get the server to be happy with HD.

Here is all the info I have available from all the different locations/programs/companies.  Any ideas??

Everything is updated to most current versions (except Episode Pro that is no longer available for upgrade).

My current workflow is:

Premiere Pro -------------> Episode Pro v6 ---------(via ftp)----------> Leightronix E-HD2 Video Server

***The Leightronix people say the server will accept files from Premiere Pro with the following formats:

MPEG-2 Transport stream (.m2t)

Video codec: H.264 HIGH profile, up to level 4.0

                1280 x 720 (59.94, 60 fps, progressive)

                720 x 480 (29.97, 30 fps, interlaced)

                CBR or VBR

Up to 10 Mbps video bit rate

                Chroma sampling: 4:2:0

        Audio format: AAC-LC, Layer-2

                AAC-LC 128 Kbps, 192 Kbps

                Layer-2 128 Kbps, 192 Kbps, 224 Kbps, 256 Kbps

                44.1 kHz, 48 kHz

I'm just having issues making sure the settings in Premiere Pro match what I know works in Episode Pro...or which settings need to be changed to make it work well (and without rendering twice).  Any ideas?  Your input is Greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Gerald
