When I export a gaming montage video, the quality is bad in YouTube. I imported 1920x1080 60fps videos. My sequence is also 1920x1080 60fps. While im editing, the quality is really good, but its bad after I export. I have also watched youtube videos explaining good export settings for high quality but that still doesnt work.

screen recordings are usually variable frame rate and can cause all sorts of unpredictable problems in premiere.
use mediainfo to determine whether your source is variable or constant frame rate
https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download
if it's variable use handbrake to convert to constant frame rate
https://handbrake.fr
and here's a tutorial on how to use handbrake
