Premiere Pro freezes my entire PC when I use the text tool.

My entire PC completely freezes and I have to forcefully power off when I use the text tool. I've tried going back to the deafult Fonts and removed one that I've manually installed but it still freezes my pc. I completely uninstalled Premiere Pro but issue isn't fixed.

Please post your:
Computer specs/setup,
Operating system build (not just the latest).
Premiere exact build (see about),
Mediainfo screenshot in treeview of media used.
