Premiere Pro Freezing/Locking up my entire pc.

Starting a few days ago my pc started freezing often when I'm operating Premiere Pro. I will be in the middle of working and my mouse will no longer move, task manager can't be accessed, and I have to manually reboot. Nothing has changed on my end for this to start happening.

Make sure you have the latest Nvidia STUDIO driver installed, not the Game driver.
