Premiere Pro Has Frozen my PC mid Edits

Hey, This freeze has cost me some time on my projects this is the 4th time today, I am going to do a system trouble shoot, only did a Benchmark yesterday my pc was running 100%

I notice it freeze soon after I create a new Sequence total editing time wasted today possibly 4hours ..

Ryzen 7 - Nvidia 2070 - 16gb Ram 

Anybody having similar issues

Same problem here. Ver. 14.7 has been freezing my computer OS, lost an

entire project even after it auto saved & I manually saved it. 

Intel i9, RTX 2080, 32GB RAM

Try these two things first:

1. Launch Pr from a shortcut while holding down Alt+Shift (Opt+Shift on Mac). Keep them held down until you see the main program window.
2. Once you see the main program window, go to Preferences>Media Cache and delete all your cache files.
