Premiere Pro has stopped playing live video (red line above the timeline)

Hello everyone,

Recently, Premiere Pro has started to slow down very much (14.6.0)

My computer parameters:
I9-10850, 32 RAM, geforce gtx 1660 6GB, SSD 3500 (М2)

The video that I rendered for 1 minute is now rendering for more than 5 minutes.
-Hardware acceleration (CUBA) included
- check the system for viruses
-Cache cleared, 300 GB allocated for the cache
-program reinstalled

When I open an AE project in the premiere, the display in the viewport is very slow. there is a delay in updating the picture up to 5 seconds.

AE project - removed the green background and replaced it with a gray one.
I did not add any effects in PR.

Opened projects that I did without glitches 2 weeks ago - now they slow down.

What could be the problem?

How complex is your Ae composition?

If you play back or render your Ae comp inside of Ae, is it slow as well?

Inside AE everything works fine.
in the AE project, the background is removed with the KeyLight  and layer lumetry color

Roll back your Nvida GPU driver, and turn off auto update after that

generally, I render out my AE comps in AE with a high quality format and bring that file into Premiere and place it directly above my AE comp in the timeline.  That way you avoid any rendering or playback issues.  It may be ideal, but it can save you a great deal of aggravation and if you need to make changes, the AE comp is there to open up in AE.

Previously, my status line was green - it was playing in real time. Now red. It slows down very much.

I just saw that the program uses only 20-25% of the processor resource.
Can I somehow increase this in the program settings? because the processor settings are maximum everywhere.

If I upload a simple video footage to Premier then the status bar above the timeline is yellow - this is also not correct. Should be green.

Sequence>Render In To Out will get your green line back.

Not correct. The yellow bar indicates that the timeline is playing in real time, with either CUDA or Metal handling the hardware acceleration. Yellow bar = good.

You only get the green line when you render your timeline and it contains footage or effects that can't be handled by the playback engine using hardware acceleration.

OK. Is it possible to increase the maximum consumption of processor resources somewhere in the settings or through the console?
For example, the Cinema4D program consumes 100% of the processor when rendering.
Ae, Pr, Me do not use more than 35%, sometimes it reaches 40% of processor consumption?

Here's a test: In your project settings, switch the Mercury Playback Engine renderer to Software Only. 

All your yellow lines should turn red (there may be some green sections).

Go to Sequence>Render In To Out. Check your processor load. Is it closer to 100% now?

You're not doing anything wrong. The low CPU usage with CUDA or Metal enabled is because the GPU is handling most of the load. When you set software only, you force the CPU to do everything.

I saw that if I turn on CUBA then the use of the video card is only up to 10%. Does that mean I have something with the video card?

What is the format of your Source media? Is it 4K? Is it Long GOP? Have you tried transcoding?

it is 3000x3000 pixels.
This is a big video. But 2 weeks ago, these videos did not slow down so much.
