Premiere Pro has to shutdown due to serious error.

Premiere Pro is fully updated, my macbook is fully updated and creative cloud is fully updated. I edit in the same project every week and it revolves around the same sequences with just the source file replaced. But since yesterday everytime I open the file and click on the timeline it gives the popop; Premiere Pro has to shutdown due to a serious error... I can't do anything in Premiere Pro. What is happening?
