Premiere Pro immediately crash after lunch

We can not use Premiere Pro in UFA film Production from version 15.0 because the software crash  immediately after lunch without any kind of error. 

We had to back to Pr 14. 5

We have the same Problem on many of our PCs. 

 

-- This solution did not solve our problem. 

Delete all Plugins. 

Start Premier Pro with Alt key to dative all plugins. 

Uninstall / reinstall 

Delete all the cash files

Nothing! Because we can't open the empty Premier.
