Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

Try doing a clean install of the Studio driver for your Nvidia card.

It looks like a generic fix won't work in your case. So let's try analyzing your specific case.

Gameplay Recording, done with nVidia Shadowplay
Ingame Sound and RODE NT USB Mic, 2 different audio tracks
I used push on the clips, directional blur and transform on the adjustment layer.
Havent tried that one yet.
No. Crashes when i start manipulate those
No im not using any 3rd-party plugin

Most likely the game footage is variable frame rate. Although Pr 14.8 is supposed to address VFR issues, it still may be worth it to try running some of your clips through Handbrake to create constant frame rate versions.
Since it's a trial, and supposedly you haven't had Pr installed before, you should have the default settings in place. However, just for fun, try launching Pr from a shortcut while you hold down Shift+Alt. Keep those keys pressed until you see the main program window. That will reset your preferences and clear your plugin cache (even from Pr's built-in plugins).
Once you see the main program window, go to Preferences>Media Cache and delete *all* your cache files. Now open your project and try again.
