Agreed! Latest update has seemed to break everything, can't even get the program to stop running in task manager when it crashes, ridiculous

The same is true for me, I have an RTX 2060. I found a temporary solution, in video rendering and playback, disable GPU acceleration (CUDA)

If you have an Nvidia card, change your driver, probably rolling back to an earlier Studio driver version. The latest Nvidia driver and perhaps especially on the Game driver group is a potential cause here.

Premiere pro keeps crashing during video exports, after the new Nvidia update. Call nvidia and tell them to fix this or I will find me another video editing software, and give them my money. and don't send my emails about installing older update versions. Call them and tell them to fix it.

The lasted GAME driver from Nvidia is causing many problems it seems. That's not under Adobe's control of course as they are entirely separate companies.

So ... go to the Nvidia driver support site, and download the latest STUDIO driver. Do a clean install. If that doesn't work, go back one Studio driver version.
