Premiere pro lastest update audio transcribe not showing

I've updated to the lastest update. When I go to captions I don't see the Transcribe sequence for cloud ? . I reinstall it still not working .

The new captions help file says that the transcription option will be added in a later release.

Once it is there, in the Text (caption) Panel, you will see two tabs, Transcript and Captions.
