Premiere Pro loading issues

For some reason my PP is freezing up when I try to open a project. Everthing was working fine started a new project and froze up instantly. Ive tried everthing reset PP also uninstalled PP and reinstalled still not work. Help please

Are you sure you have updated to the latest drivers for your GPU?

Does the project contain dynamically linked AEP (After Effects) files? Make sure you update those files as well by opening them up in AE saving them to the latest version (always wise to keep a backup of the old version on a separate disk).

Alternatively, try to statt a new project and then import the old project into that.

Looks like the problem is with the new update switch back to the old one and seems to be working. aslo before I switch back to the old version the layout of the screen had black out clolumns like I change the orientation of the screen. Just FYI
