Premiere Pro Lumetri Color "Glitch issue"

Hello Adobe community. This is my first post, sorry for my bad English.

I found the Lumetri Color glitched everytime I tweak settings other than "Basic Correction" and "Creative"

It looks just like the photo below:

It happend to both v14.3 and v13.1.5, but it's fine in After Effects.

And I've updated both Creative Cloud and NVIDIA driver, but nothing works.

Anyone had the same issue or knows how to fix it?

My computer spec is 

Intel i7-6800K @3.40GHz

128G RAM

NVIDIA GTX 1070

Windows 10 v1903

There are TONS of threads here on this ... it's the Nvidia driver. The latest ones are very problematic across all video apps. Some users can go back to a 445.x driver and work, but many need to go clear back to the 442.x drivers to get one that works.

Just to echo this, the nvideo Studio drivers are usually very stable with creative applications like Premiere Pro. Whenever I encounter a bug like this, switching from the geforce driver to the studio drive (I do it in geforce experience) usually solves it.

Hi, go to the video rendering options in the project setting/general menu, and choose "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only". This solved the problem in my case.

IF you don't mind cutting your performance significantly at times. Rolling back the drivers takes 5-10 minutes, and means you can continue to use your GPU.

Hello Everybody, the problem is solved for me with the driver 451.67, installed 15 minutes ago.
