Premiere pro/ Media encoder issue after update

Good Morning Im having problems with Premierre pro and encoder. I have not tried any other programs yet but Im trying to export a title sequence from Premiere everything in preview looks good however when it exports Im missing the text in the title sequence.  I tired exporting using media encoder and get same results. Started after new premiere update, I have updated my nvidia drivers to studio version 460.89 and now it glitches premire will get hung up at 46% media encoder will export it but still missing text. any help is appreciated
