Premiere Pro not launching on Mac

Hello, I'm trying to install Premiere Pro 14.6 but it never launches, it always finds an error.

I tried everything I saw on the forums, nothing worked...

The software seems to crash at the same time everytime, when it tries to load the sapphire plugins. 

What should I do ?
