Premiere Pro Not Responding

hey,

I'm a bit new to premiere and have been using it for about a week now, today, it kept freezing and on the top would say (Not Responding), this would happen every 2 minutes or so, I had nothing els running in the background, I have 32GB of ram, and never was there a moment in when more than 50% of the ram was used, I have a high-end gaming laptop, with a dedicated graphics card and a fast and new intel i7 9th gen CPU, so I don't think its a hardware problem.

Hey Bentzion,

Which camera did this footage come from? Is it footage from a camera or some other device? Let us know. Can we also have more specific info on your computer system: CPU, RAM, HD, GPU, etc.? The info you gave us was a bit light on specifics.
