Premiere Pro not showing adjustments in color panel

Hello 

I've just changed over to a new Windows build after using Mac for 20 years, Ive installed the latest version of Premiere Pro as well as the latest update. 

I have a strange problem in that when I dial in say 120% in the sat adjustment, it makes the visable change,  but them i can go back to an earlier clip in the timeline, it shows as back at 100% seems to happen with any change in the color panel, however when I do something like a scale adjustment, it stays at the new value.

I'm hoping its not user error on my part ! 

Any help would be appreciated

If there is a red line above the timeline at that point, you  may need to render the timeline by pressing enter.

Thanks so much for the quick reply - i'll check that, ive just reset preferences and it seems to be holding the adjustment value - fingers crossed !
